How much does it cost?
The challenge is currently £159 for the whole 6 weeks of coaching. That's the equivalent of a Costa Coffee a day!

Are there unlimited spaces?
No, spaces are always capped to ensure I'm able to maintain a high-quality, personalised coaching experience. Make sure you get on the priority list to avoid disappointment.

Can I join from outside of the UK?
Yes absolutely! I have clients from all over the world including the US, Australia, Middle East and all over Europe. Wherever in the world you are, I'd love to hear from you :)
How do you deliver the coaching?
Everything is delivered via my app which makes it incredibly straight forward! This includes your workout plan, nutritional targets, recipes, habits, the community forum and coach support.

Do I need have access to a gym?
Nope! You can train from home or the gym (or a mix!) and your workout plan will be tailored to whatever kit you have available. I'd recommend getting yourself a pair of dumbbells and some short resistance bands if you are to workout from home. This will ensure you get great results!
Do I have to be available at certain times of the week?
Nope! The beauty of online coaching is that everything can be completed at a time that suits you. For example, you can move your workouts to whichever day best suits you and you’ll have a 24-hour window to share your check-in. If we have any group coaching calls, they will be recorded.
What makes this different to other programs?
90% of dieters regain the weight. My program is all about setting targets and building habits that are realistic to YOU so that you can actually keep it up in the long-term. I want to show you that you can achieve incred results without being really boring or making silly sacrifices. A balanced lifestyle in my book includes pizza and wine so if you don't like having fun then this program isn't for you.
How much personal support will I get?
You'll have a fortnightly check-in as well as unlimited access to your designated support coach which is honestly unheard of at this price! If you're looking for more frequent check-ins and a higher support program, check out 1:1 online coaching.
How experienced do I need to be to join?
You don't need to have any experience prior to joining the program. The high-level of support and thorough feedback provided means that the coaching is suitable for everyone!​

Will I be able to continue after the 6 weeks if I enjoy the program?
Yes! If you love the program and want to continue, you will have the option to continue on a monthly rolling basis – most of members stay on afterwards because they love it so much!

It was only a few years ago that I was working in a crazy, fast-paced corporate job struggling to balance my career and social life with my fitness goals. Not only did I find it impossible to stay consistent but I simply wasn't taking care of myself, meaning my mental health and general wellbeing suffered.
​
As much as I felt like I thrived off the fast-paced lifestyle, I also knew that something needed to change if I were to feel and perform my best in the long run.
​
Everything changed when I entered my first half marathon. Having a plan, a coach and a specific goal forced me to shift my priorities; I began to focus on the things that mattered and I felt amazing for it.
Since then, and with a bit of trial and error, I have developed a method which allows me to consistently nail my fitness and physique goals, feel more energised than ever and be productive in my day-to-day without compromising on anything else. I still go out for meals, have takeaways and drink alcohol on a regular basis but I understand the balance that works for me.
I have now made it my mission to help others achieve the same physical and mental transformation so that they can look, feel and perform at their best.​
